All our wines, both online and in the store, have been categorised into wine styles with additional information about country, grape and food pairing.

What wines can I find in the store?
We want to promote local European wine producers focused on quality and whose wine has a story behind it. Currently, we sell wines from Italy, Spain and Germany and will be expanding our portfolio with more wine producers from European countries.
The main price range is between EUR 10 and EUR 20 since we believe that you shouldn’t have to pay a fortune to drink a good wine.
Where are your shops located?
Currently, we only have one shop in Berlin in Sredzkistr. 36. Drop in and say hi!
Can I taste wine in your shop?
Currently, we don’t offer wine tasting in our shop. But we love talking about wine, so pay us a visit if you are in the area!
What is the difference between vegan, organic, bio(dynamic) and natural wine?
Vegan wine is produced without any animal products.
Organic wine is made from grapes and by processes free from synthetic pesticides, herbicides, hormones and antibiotics. The processes must be water-efficient and biodiversity-friendly.
Bio(dynamic) wine is made with focus on regenerating the soil to be fully sustainable and farming according to the e astrological calendar.
Natural wine is produced with as little intervention from chemicals or technology as possible, both in the growing of the grape and the winemaking process. As a result of this, it is often cloudy and unrefined. It can still contain sulphites but they would be a natural by-product of the fermentation process.
I am vegan and want to drink vegan wine only.
You will find vegan wines in our wine selection (check for vegan wine as one of the filters in our shop both online and offline).

Why do I have to register to view the quiz results or buy wine?
If you want to view the quiz results and purchase wine on our website, you must register in order to confirm you are 18 years old.
We support the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years.
3 bottles aren’t enough - can I increase my box size?
Currently, you can only subscribe for a monthly 3-bottle wine box. However, based on the quiz results and your identified target wine profile, you will know wine styles both for white and red wine that are right for you.
All wines in our online shop have been categorised into 10 different wine styles so you will be able to order more bottles of wine paired to your taste buds. For more information, check our customer profiles and all our wine styles.
Can I change my billing or shipping day each month?
Billing
You can – you can update the day of the billing before the date of the billing – you can pause or cancel it. Just log in to your account and head to “Wines” > “Manage Subscription”. From there you can change your monthly billing day.
Shipping
We always ship your box off within 2 weeks after billing and the delivery information is provided in “Wines” section for your upcoming box. For more information, check “Shipping Info” > “Subscription”.
I took the quiz - why is the wine profile for my wine box different from my identified wine profile?
If your current wine profile for your wine box is different from the identified wine profile, it means you will need to expand your palate in the direction of your target wine profile due to e.g. lack of experience or difference between your food palate and wine profile with the intention to reach the target wine profile over time and drink the right wine.

Can I skip the Learning Plan?
Our goal is to show you how to find the right wine match. If you want, after taking the quiz, you can just buy wine in our online shop based on the identified target wine profile and suggested wine styles but monthly subscription is only possible with following by you defined for you learning plan, which will enable you to expand and improve your palate in the direction of your target wine profile.
You will learn:
- Level 1 – how to taste wine
- Level 2 – how to distinguish different grapes
- Level 3 – how to pair food with you
- Level 4 – how to pair wine with food.
To each monthly box we will be adding simple learning materials for each level. Each level takes 3 months and you will receive 3 boxes on a monthly basis with wines from different countries. After completing the learning plan, you should be able to navigate for the right wine style in our shop and not only! It’s all about tasting.
How are the bottles selected for the monthly box?
After completing the quiz, we will know what experience and adventurous level, food palate and target wine profile you have. Based on these four factors, your customer profile gets defined. There are four customer profiles with different wine styles.
Based on different combinations of above four factors, we prepared a learning plan combined of 4 levels followed by different wine selection for each experience level and customer profile with the goal to expand and improve your palate in the direction of your target wine profile. Each month you will get 3 selected by us wine bottles paired to your taste buds and current customer profile. Each wine got tasted and categorised by us under one of 10 wine styles so it will make it easier for you to navigate for the right wine for you.
I don’t like the proposed bottles of wine.
Wine is an art. If art may be described as a matter of opinion, then science is a matter of fact. But wine was made long before science could explain it. It’s not easy to interpret art and expect the interpretation of art to be the same for everyone. We can only try to point out the main trends to follow in order to understand this art and to be able to enjoy it even more.
However, wine is also a drink. And good wine is a wine that people like enough to drink. So let us know your feedback!
Can I subscribe if I live outside Germany?
Currently, we only serve customers located in Germany.

You can always discover your wine profile through our quiz and check for the bottles chosen for your wine styles in our online (check for vegan wine as one of the filters) or offline shop.
I want to subscribe to natural wine only.
Currently, we don’t offer a subscription for natural wines only. Our goal is to make it simple for wine lovers to find their wine match and then make them experiment. We believe it’s all about practising.
We love natural wines but we believe that to learn how to drink wine, each wine lover should start with “conventional” wines and then enjoy natural wines. As a part of subscription, we offer natural wines only for the advanced and adventurous drinkers.
Of course, you will find natural wines in our wine selection (check for natural wine as one of the filters) both online and offline.

We will deliver the ordered products to your home within 5 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not included in the product’s price. For the purchase over EUR 50, we cover the shipping costs.

- If you made the first purchase in the first half of the month, you will receive the wine box until end of the second half of the month.
